Since 2004, SHANDONG HONGTAI SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. has been and continues to be a professional manufacturer of corrosion resistance products and Magnesium and Aluminium light alloy products. Hongtai covers an area of 26000 m2 with workshop area of 7000 m2. Now Hongtai has 220employees, with assets of 110 million RMB and has achieved good economic and social benefits in recent years.
Hongtai has been devoted to the new materials' research and development. The products range from magnesium, aluminum and zinc alloy sacrificial anode for anti-corrosion to other magnesium alloy materials ,die casting products and Mg alloy deep processing products. The annual productivity of anti-corrosion products is around 6000 tons, which are mainly used for cathodic protection in oil pipelines, natural gas pipelines, bridges, ports, ships, submarine pipelines and drilling platforms .The annual productivity of die casting products is around 2000 tons, which are mainly used for electric power fittings and automobile fittings.The annual productivity on magnesium alloy materials and deep processing products is around 5000 tons, mainly include magnesium alloy tubes, rods, profiles, wires, plates, ribbons and forging magnesium alloy parts. Among them, the forging magnesium alloy parts and it's plastic deformation and its secondary deformation products are widely used in automobile, 3 c, military industry, aerospace and other industrial fields.
Hongtai has established a scientific and complete production management ,quality assurance system and enterprise standard system and has got ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certification. Our products have passed the test of DNV, BV, CCS and other international well-known classification society and got the corresponding certifications. We have also passed DNV formal certificate and certificate of "good standardization activity " of 4A class.Hongtai developed the High performance large diameter rare earth magnesium alloy casting rods after long time of research, which quality and comprehensive production technology has reached the international advanced level.
